My daughter had her 7th birthday on 9th December. Jacky was wonderful in assisting me with the party right from the beginning in sending me 30 invitations to setting up on the day. The room looked amazing with the Paw Patrol party theme. Facilities and venue are clean. The food was delicious and the children were able to have multiple servings of food with plenty of tomato sauce! All drinks are free – water, cordial tea and coffee. The 4 platters we had was delicious – Asian platter, aranchini balls and puff pastries. Any leftovers we could take home. Jacky was an awesome host entertaining the kids for 2 hours in dancing and party games (including our own pinata). We had 25 kids plus adults so around 50 people. Only down side is not enough sitting space for adults, but some were happy to stand. Highly recommend and will definitely come back for another birthday. Thankyou Jacky!

My daughter had her birthday party 9th December at 3.30pm. As soon as I walked in the door, the venue was well decorated and set up. There was jugs of drinks – water and cordial on the table as well as tea and coffee (all free!). Jacky entertained and looked after the kids for 2 hours! I ordered 4 platters of food and any left over I could take home. The kids food wasn’t just one plate and that’s it. Jacky went around and asked if kids wanted more food. Parents loved it as they didn’t need to provide dinner for them that night. I brought in my own cake and pinata and Jacky was right on to it on getting it all set up for me. She really knows how to host a party. Extremely professional and flexible with any last minute RSVP’S. I would 100% recommend having a party here. We had 25 children and adults. In total about 50 people. Only slight disadvantage is there wasn’t enough sitting room, but parents can stand and some even did some errands whilst party was on because Jacky looked after the kids. Toilet facilities and venue are clean too. Definitely a place to come back to for the next party.

My son recently had his 4th birthday party at the Enchanted Palace with a Rusty Rivets theme. He loves dancing and loved the selection of songs including some we requested before the party. Jacky is very organised and full of energy, leading the dancing and running the games. She also made sure we had some family photos which is something you can often forget when busy hosting yourself. Cutting and serving of the cake was so helpful as well. The kids absolutely had a ball especially the birthday boy. My older son has also had a wonderful rainbow themed party there a few years ago. We celebrated my daughter‘s 6th birthday at the Enchanted Palace last week. It was the best party ever. My daughter had all her friends had the best time there. It is 100% recommend. Jacky is amazing.

I had my daughter’s 6th birthday (disco theme) at Enchanted Palace and was so happy with the event. It was completely stress free and everything was taken care of by Jacky who was amazing. The girls loved the karaoke 🎤 and my daughter had the best time. The party was personalised and felt like it was at someone’s home but without all the clean up afterwards!! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks Jacky

My daughter had her 6th birthday party here, we had a fair few of her friends attend, they loved the dancing and singing. Jacky was an awesome host, everything was done for us. We didn’t have to do anything!

We had an amazing Frozen theme 6th birthday party at the Enchanted Palace. Jacky was amazing with her energy & organisation. It was fantastic to have everything taken care of and just enjoy the fun together. Fantastic value for money too.

Highly recommend the Enchanted Palace for a themed disco party. Beautifully decorated venue, great host, generous food and lots of fun. Can’t fault it. My daughter had a fabulous 6th birthday!

We had my daughters 5th Birthday yesterday. Such a wonderful day and hands free by me (which is so refreshing) Jackie was great to liaise with and the whole process was seemless. Our pirates and mermaids theme was a hit, and loved all the little touches that went along with it.
The smoke machine was a party fav. Also loved that the games were so inclusive. Would definitely tell everyone I know!

We celebrated my daughters 6th birthday on the weekend and we were so impressed with the set up, the food and Jacky was amazing with the children. It was so nice to be able to relax and let someone else take care of everything. Every single child had the best time and in the words of my daughter, ” I don’t want to leave this place ever!”

We had my daughters 5th birthday here. The venue was perfect & a great amount of detail went into setting up. I was really happy with Jacky’s service and organisation throughout. It made the event really relaxing & fun.

We had our sons 7th bday here. Jacky was amazing to deal with, very easy and kept communications open at all times. The day of the party I had to do some final touch ups on the cake and she was lovely enough to open the venue 30 mins prior. Kids all loved the venue and had a great time. Jacky gets very involved on the day with the children. Plenty of food to go around too. Thanks Jacky, Ryan had an amazing day!

We recently had our daughters 5th birthday party at the Enchanted Palace. Our daughter was amazed from the moment we arrived at the ‘castle like’ entrance to her Frozen themed party. Everything was setup for us in the frozen theme. Jacky was a fantastic host, she was great with the kids and it was nice to see her dancing and showing the kids dance moves. She had so much energy. The party was thoroughly enjoyed and was stress free. We would recommend this place. The other great thing about this venue is that you have the whole place to yourselves.

We had our son’s 7th birthday party with a dinosaur theme. The set up and arrangements were excellent. Thank you Jackie, the kids surely had a roaring good time right from the word go. You were AMAZING, full of energy. Hats off to your team as well for taking excellent care of the parents. Amazing finger snacks for the adults. My daughter was determined to have a Harry Potter themed 7th birthday party. I didn’t want to spend a tonne of money on decorations that would only be used once and have to deal with organizing it all! I googled the theme and discovered The Enchanted Palace! Best decision ever! We hadn’t been to the venue before so the excitement started building as soon as we saw the Harry Potter themed entrance. We walked in and were blown away with the decorations and complete set up. Jacky engaged with the kids straight away and had them all singing, dancing and having a blast. The party ran like absolute clockwork and we didn’t have to lift a finger. Just sit back and watch the joy on all the kids faces (and join in for the chicken dance)! All the guests had a fabulous time and were very appreciative of the efforts for meeting dietary requirements. Direct quote from my daughter “this was the best party ever!”. We will be back for sure. Don’t hesitate, just book!

Highly recommend enchanted palace for a birthday party. My daughter and her friends had a ball celebrating her 5th birthday. Jacky took care of everything and was great with the kids. Great value for money and so much fun for the kids!
